Amazing gym! Best I have ever belonged to! Charryl, the manager, creates a welcoming and highly professional environment for all levels of gym goers to enjoy. The gym has the best quality equipment and is always immaculate. It’s so good to have a gym that you love going to! Gym members are friendly and it’s never a problem waiting for equipment. The equipment is top notch, limited membership means no waiting for equipment and the facility is always impeccably clean! Definitely the best gym in Guelph. Equipment is best in class and immaculate, It’s the cleanest gym I’ve ever been too, never gets too busy, and the staff are supportive, helpful and friendly. Those who train and work there, take their training seriously which definitely fuels motivation, and is infectious for pushing yourself to improve. Sure the membership comes at a premium price, but the value provided with the quality equipment, value, and service provided, are in my option, worth that price. Being a member at Project Iron feels like your very own boutique gym.

Wow what an amazing place to be a member. Finally feel like going to the Gym again. Super clean facility with the best quality machines I have ever seen. The staff are super friendly and helpful and very encouraging. Think I have found my permanent gym , it is about time the north end of Guelph got something of this caliber.

If you’re lacking in motivation then this is the place for you. I’ve been to lots of gyms but never anything like this. Beautiful, clean, highest quality, the staff treat you like family and the other clients are very easy going. So called “busy times” the gym is still basically empty, it’s incredible. I just joined and I can’t stop thinking about it!!! Definitely worth it!

Is Blue Star Gym only for athletes or influencers?

No. Blue Star Gym is for adults who take training seriously — regardless of experience level. You don’t need to be an athlete. You don’t need to perform for anyone.

Is this a hardcore or “meathead” gym?

Not at all. The environment is serious, focused, and respectful — not aggressive or intimidating. There’s no yelling, chaos, or ego culture here.

Do you offer personal training?

Yes. Personal training is available for members who want structure, guidance, or goal-specific support. Details are shared during your tour.

Do you have pools, spas, or cold therapy?

No. Blue Star Gym is built around the training experience — not spa amenities. Our focus is space, equipment, cleanliness, and consistency.

Can I film my workouts?

Filming is kept very limited to protect focus and privacy. Members may take short personal clips for form checks when the gym is quiet. Guests on Guest Passes are not permitted to film. Filming that disrupts others or captures non-consenting members is not allowed.

Do you offer tours?

Yes — and we recommend it. Tours are the best way to understand the space and see if it’s the right fit. Tours are booked in advance.

Are showers and locker rooms available?

Yes. Locker rooms, showers, and towel service are available to members.

Is there a minimum age?

Blue Star Gym is an adult training environment. Members and guests must be 18+ to train independently. Teens 14–17 may train only when accompanied by a parent/guardian or a Blue Star personal trainer.
